Motorola RAZR V3 Sucks

I’m having cell phone problems. You wanna know why? I’ll tell you why. It’s because my cell phone, the Motorola RAZR V3, sucks. I’ve had my RAZR for roughly a year and a half now and it has always given me problems. Yeah, sure, it looks sleek and sexy…but does it do its job properly? Hell no! It gives me nothing but grief and aggravation. As I’m sure other Motorola RAZR V3 owners would agree, the phone is garbage. It makes me want to throw it against the wall just to watch it explode.

I have encountered minor problems with the RAZR that I have tried to overlook. Bad design, poor layout, lack of functions, just to name a few. But for the past few weeks, my phone has been having temperamental fits by randomly shutting itself off. It doesn’t matter whether I leave it undisturbed, whether I’m adjusting functions, or whether I’m still in the middle of a call. It’ll just shut off. Can you believe that? It literally freakin' dies and I have to power it back up again and start everything all over again. I’m not an expert or a rocket scientist or anything like that, but I don’t think cell phones are suppose to do that. Now I know many of you are going to tell me that it could be a battery problem. Well, you’re wrong, because it’s not a battery problem. I would have thought of that. It's the damn phone. Shit. There are times when I’m waiting for a call only to realize that at some point during the day, my phone has decided to shut itself off. I then have to turn it back on only to find that I have roughly 10 missed calls and a handful of messages. Fuck. And that's not even the worst of it. The absolute worst thing is when my phone dies and I'm still in the middle of a call. Not only does that aggravate the hell out of me, but my dear friends on the other end of my calls believe that I purposely hung up on them for no reason at all. Now, whether I want to hang up on certain people or not…is not the issue right now. The issue right now is…that my phone sucks.

Blame the RAZR V3. It sucks. Blame Motorola. They suck too.

I Have Returned

I’ve returned from my vacation and am trying to readjust myself to the normality of life again. After having a completely awesome vacation, it’s really hard to get back into the swing of things. And let me reiterate again, I had a super fantastic time.

Just to recap (for those of you who don’t know…I assumed everyone knew where I was going on vacation…yet people keep asking me), I flew out on the read-eye flight from San Francisco to Singapore with a layover in Hong Kong. From Singapore, I flew to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and then to Bangkok, Thailand. After Thailand, I jumped back on the plane and flew to London to take the train to Paris. I must interrupt here and say that I love Paris. Absolutely love it. From Paris, I took the train back to London and then flew back to San Francisco a few days later. I truly enjoyed my around-the-world experience. I had an amazing time. Someone sent me a survey to find out about my trip, and (everyone knows how much I love these stupid surveys) so I’ve posted it for everyone’s information.

Interesting factoid: Paris was hosting the 2007 Rugby World when I was there…so that was cool…rugby fever everywhere

For those of you anxious to see my vacation pictures, they will be posted soon. I’ve started reviewing some of them and realized that over the entire trip, I took over 2,000 pictures. So as you can imagine…it may take me awhile to get them ready for public viewing. So just be patient and bear with me.
