Busy

Have you ever been so busy you just don't know where to begin? And I'm talking so overwhelmed that you just want to curl into a ball and cry...? I know, I'm being totally dramatic, but I'm just trying to paint a picture that you all can relate to.

For the past week, things have been so busy that I haven't had time to catch my breath...and I hate that. And to my dismay, my workload doesn't look like it's going to be alleviated anytime soon...it's going to stay busy and crazy for, at least, another two weeks minimum. How did I get myself into this? I have no idea, although don't people say that the reward for hard work is more work...? If that really is the case, then I must have been busting my ass because my workload has been downright daunting. Not only have I been running around playing catch up this entire week, but I'm going to be working out of the office for the majority of the next two weeks and working the next two upcoming weekends...how am I suppose to get myself caught up and get anything done?

Oh, and another thing, being away from my desk seems to be an invitation for more work. ..people must walk by my desk, not see me there, and assume that I need more work...because every time I return to my desk...my workload doubles. It's like a crazy workplace magic trick...which is so not funny by the way.

OK I don't know where I was going with this blog, but I'm sure you guys get the idea.
