We're Done

We’ve been spending so much time together,
But I’m tired of waiting around for you to see.
You say that you’re unsure of things,
But let me tell you, you won’t find anyone better than me.

I'm glad that we are done,
And you're headed on your way.
But before you finally leave,
There's still something I need to say.

I hate that I feel guilty,
Because I thought you were one of the good guys.
But I really can’t get over,
You justifying all those lies.

I don’t know if I can handle things,
And having us just be friends.
It’s hard to see that really happening,
When we haven't even made amends.

You told me not to blog,
Because I know you want to silence my voice.
I don't care because you need to know,
I'm nobody's second choice.

So just turn around and keep on walking,
There's nothing that can end this strife.
I send you nothing but good thoughts,
And hope you have a great and wonderful life.
