Kickboxing
Sure, I’m not going to lie and say my arms, stomach and thighs aren’t sore…but there’s a big difference between feeling sore and feeling like death. And right now, I’m just sore…which is definitely a nice change. I mean, usually after those kickboxing classes, my muscles start cramping up right after I’m done feeling like death. But after last night’s class…I didn’t feel that bad at all. I mean, my arms are sore from all the boxing, my stomach hurts from all the endurance drills and crunches and my legs are still burning from all the squats…but aside from that…I’m fine. Hehe. :-)
