Holiday Songs
Bing Crosby - White Christmas – A classic oldie. I fell in love with this song after watching the movie years ago. And, I think, after spending the holidays in NYC a few years ago and really being able to experience a “white Christmas”…I love this song even more.
Kenny G - Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas – If you want a good holiday song that is subtle and quiet (that really allows you to appreciate the holiday season), it’s this song. You can have this song on in the background and just soak up the holiday atmosphere. It’s really one of those classic holiday songs that you just can’t get tired of hearing. Well ok, I can’t.
Jim Brickman - The Gift - This is the song that I absolutely love. If I were to ever have a winter wedding, this is the song that I would want to be played. It's a nice, sweet love song that is so perfect for the holidays. I love it.
Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas Is You - How can anyone not love this song? It's a longtime favorite of mine and the epitome of Christmas and the holiday season. And it helps that it's pretty catchy and awesome.
Nsync - Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays - I've never made my love for this song a secret (although my brother still tries to pretend he doesn't absolutely loooove it...), but I do love this song and I'm totally not ashamed to admit it. :-) Even though most of my love for this song has a lot to do with the memories that come along with it, I still can't get enough of it. I really can't go through the holidays without listening to this song, at least, a couple dozen times. It's just so good.
Anyway, hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season so far. :-)
